Not really... I watched it, guessing they were going to talk about HIIT and was not surprised.

With a bit of luck, it might help some idlers with their worries about weightloss and fitness, but ultimately the answer to both questions is still the same:

Want to lose weight and get fit? Hard work is the only way. Even if it is only for 1 minute each day. Did you see how uncomfortable the presenter looked after a round of HIIT?
