Horizontal Links In Toolbar

Hello all.

I'm trying to create a horizontal toolbar and list the links with <ul><li> code etc. Anyways the problem is that although it's centre aligned, it's not dead centred. http://www.brokenrubix.co.uk/ul.html should provide some insight. There appears to be a space reserved for a bullet point and that's what is knocking it the right. Is there any way i can fix this?
