Hornet 2005 F4 or F5

I've got a Hornet 2005 F4. When looking for oil filters etc. online usually it'll list:
F4 2004
F5 2005

Should I just be going for the F4 stuff (which is the wrong year), or should I go for the F5 (right year)?

depends if you have a late 2004 on a 05 plate . What does the reg papers say ?

It's definitely an F4 bike, but I'm a bit confused as all the sites I've found filters etc. on list only 2004(F4) and 2005(F5).

It's an 05 plate, not 55.

As far as i know there is very little/no difference between them . They changed in 2006 with usd forks but as far as the basics are concerned there has been no major changes . If its def a f4 (2004) then order the the stuff listed as f4/2004 but i cant see there being any difference

the engines are the same up till the new version in 2007 which had a different engine
from 1998 to 2006 the engine was a detuned 1996/7 CBR600 engine
