well just had my much loved dog put to sleep after 14 years and it was the worst thing ive ever had too do. saying bye to her was aweful, plus im working in 3 hours. going to be a tough night.

thank you everyone very much appreciated. its the best thing for and shes peaceful now but still not nice. watching her slip away and then carrying her out the vets car was very difficult, but i wanted to do that last thing for her. rather than the vet carrying her out.
would love to get my head down and sleep but im on a night shift, hope its a busy one.

well that was a really difficult night at work, found it really hard to keep my compsure and proffesionalism. its going to take an age to get used to her not being there.thank you everyone it means a lot to me. would never get another dog, would never get one. she was the best dog you could ever have, to me no other dog would come close. just popped in to my parents on my way back from shift as my dog lived with my parents. went in to the house and it just felt cold no gemma to come and greet me. parents are very upset as am i. feel like crying, horrible feeling. a bit selfish really as its was kindest thing for her she wasnt happy and was suffering
