I'm not aware of a single ISP that requires you to use the gateway they supply, other than perhaps Virgin Media with the Hub 5X.

Then list them (except those that require that you have your own equipment or have options to not supply you with a router)

I’m only aware of Vodafone that doesn’t list them. I think every other ISP lists them, or they use DHCP. Not really sure what your point is.
