hose pipe ban - ideas on cleaning car

hello, as you all know there is a hosepipe ban looming this summer, anyone know a good "plan B" for cleaning their car?

do we know who is policing the ban? that is other than nosey neihbours.. .. ..

sheesh, my tree hugging hippy neihbours will snitch on me for sure, need to work out a cunning plan . . . .

hmm, we have to work out a viable excuse here guys, im struggling to think of one other than board up the neihbours windows in the morning, so they still think its night, go wash the car then take down the boards ?
