Host Needed: DNS Hosting, Backup SMTP, Webspace Optional

Hi there,

Following on from the great Plusnet Debacle... I'm sort of tied into them at the moment, as they DNS host my domains, provide an SMTP mail feed, provide backup SMTP servers and provide 250Mb of webspace. Just a pity the internet connection's so dire!

So what I'm after is a company that can take this on for me. I have a handful of domains, so ideally I don't really want any extra charges for hosting more than one (they all point to the same place). PlusNet were good in this regard - I think they let me have up to 5 domains DNS hosted with them for nowt.

I'm trawling through all the hosts I can think of, but if anyone has any suggestions then it'd be greatly appreciated!

Ideally, as little as possible! Considering at the moment I effectively pay nothing for it, as it's included with my ADSL connection.

I've had a few of my bigger clients domains added to www.2host.co.uk dns servers for backup mail etc at a reasonable cost. I would get in touch with adam and see what he can do.

I have my main business site hosted with Eclipse Internet based in Exeter (owned by Kingston Communications I believe). They supply my ADSL connection, and charge an extra £5/month for "domain services" which includes domain hosting, SMTP, DNS "A" records, static IP's, etc.

I rate them very highly.
