I currently have a trail with MS 365 and have one user set up but was wondering if I can set it up so that multiple email addresses go to that account?

I want mark@ to be the main one obviously but I dont want to have to pay for an additional user to get the info@ email address which is used very rarely so thought I could forward the info@ address to be received at mark@? Or is there another way?

Yes, just add additional aliases to your mailbox.

Better practise than aliases is a distribution list. Aliases are more for dealing with name changes, multiple domains etc. with a DL you can add extra recipients at a later date easily.
