I'm hoping to get a bit of a UK-centric view on this. Currently I run 3CX for about 16 extensions, and really can't be bothered with having to maintain on-site services any more.
Looking for good user self-service features (setting their own diverts etc), something that supports Polycom SoundPoint handsets to a decent level, not just 'happens to work with', and ideally iPhone apps so people can take their office number with them if they want to work from home.
In terms of budget I guess we're looking at the cheaper end of the scale, I've been looking at the Gradwell offering and it seems good enough but possibly not as many self-service features as other providers.
So, what does everyone else use?
