Hostel needed in Amsterdam

Nothing fancy; a few beds, a 24 hour bar, central location, needed for stag party.

The usual one is fully booked, any recommendations?

Don't have a budget but every pound is a prisoner so let's not go daft.

rookies coffee shop have a hostel / economy hotel attached which looks ok

I've heard good things about hostel world. If you can't find a hostel the hotels can be quite cheap (I remember from looking before).

Dont stay at the Hansbrinker, absolute dive, although were going again in September for a mates birthday, and i have to stay in that dirt bag because "He wants to" he has been 3 times and he loves the dive..

Do you know what there advertising slogan is ? they have big posters with bugs, germs, mites, dirt, then their actual slogan is "Good for your immune system"

yuk...im thinking about boycotting my mates and getting a nice b&b.
