Hosting Recommendations

I need hosting for a blog so I can showcase my photos and my ranting. Fantastico would be great. Do you have any recommendations? I was looking at http://www.siteground.com/ (works out at £2.6 a month).

What do you have and what do you recommend?

While I am here, does anyone recommend a particlar style of theme? I basically want to showcase my photography, my ecommerce work and general ranting.
