Hosts file error

I am running a scan with AVG and it found that my HOSTS file had a 'Reading Error' I went and opened the file up in notepad and it says the following after the MS Copyright Notice Bit:

#192.168.0.1 James.mshome.net # 2012 10 0 14 17 38 40 687

Is this correct? And is it anything to worry about?

It's a bit pointless as the hash at the start comments that line out...

Should I edit it back or what?

You can just delete that line, it does nothing and you don't need it there either.
