Hot Chocolate Peruvian Style!

Hi Guys,

I was in Peru a couple of years ago and they had the best hot chocolate ever.

It was basically just like melted chocolate (slighty runnier obviously - it was still a drink) and it tasted amazing.

I think they made it out of a paste mixed with warm milk but I can't seem to find this paste anywhere.

Does anyone know what I am talking about or where to get it?

The key is condensed milk, you basically mix that with melted dark chocolate.

Heated condensed milk I assume? Instead of any normal cow juice?
Also dark or light choc?
