Basically there's some topless skins in the game files that can be unlocked using the construction set. Unsurprisingly it's caused a bit of a fuss and the PC version is being recalled and rebadged with a Mature rating (that's 17+). As I understand it it's actually not as serious as with GTA:SA since it's only a mature rating, not adults only (because that extra year makes so much difference ). I hear some shops refuse to sell AO titles but they're fine selling M rated games.

I knew this was going to happen at some point because I knew about the topless skins. You'd have thought they might have learnt from the Hot Coffee incident.

I've said it before, and I'll say it again; You can mod pretty much any game this way, and worse. We might as well just skip the slippery slope and ban games altogether, since it's obviously where this kind of sillyness is heading.

The difference is whether the content is there in the first place. In this case it was. It would be ridiculous if they changed ratings depending on completely user-made content. It would be like making Visual Studio illegal because some people have used it to make viruses.

It's just to do with how they do the models. They have the body and clothes separately and then tack the clothes on to the body, so that you don't need loads of full body models for the many different outfits.

The nude model is in there, with just a bra on top, which is removed when the model is actually dressed.

So it is like hot coffee all over again, as the developers knowingly put the content in there. Granted, it's not exactly the most titilating stuff, but nevertheless, it's enough for some panic and backtracking on the part of the ERSB.

Apparently there is no "nude model" only a nude skin. That means the bra is part of the model but there is a nude skin that gets put over it. So it looks a bit odd since there is the shape of a bra there, but it's covered with a skin colour and nipples.
