Hot CPU i am confused??

I have been looking for software for a while now that will monitor my system temps ands make it possible to quickly change fan speeds as i have a very noisy but excellent delta case fan which is annoying when watching films! i managed to come across some software calle speedfan now its telling me that one of my coresin my processer is running at 53 degress c the other cores is at 35 degrees c but my overall CPU temp is 19 degrees have i installed my fan wrong or my paste wrong or somet lol. in the bios its elling me that my cpue is 20 degrees which one really matters?

Its telling me 48 degrees core 0 and 38 degrees core 1 now is that ok or is that hot its on 0% load by the way. I dont understand why in the BIOS its telling me my CPU temp is 22 degrees lol but there is such a big difference??
