hot cpu

hi all
I hav just built my first custom water loop pc and I think I have a prob, I have noticed on my corsair link that my cpu temp is in the 80c while the gpu is in the 30s is that a problem
any help in this matter will be appreciated

its not overclocked and the cpu is a 2700x

I got a custom loop and I will try re applying the paste and block thanks
