For those that did like Hot Fuzz and rather fancy owning the DVD but would rather not pay the £15.99 that the 2 DVD Special Edition seems to cost.
Sainsbury are doing it for £9.75
 
2 Disc can be had for £12.95 on the 'net if you know where to look, i'll probably just wait a few weeks anyway. There's no rush.

And besides, i'll probably catch it sometime next week at Glasto. :D
 
Just saw tesco doing it for £10 with a free 300g yorkie bar :) Didn't look to see how many discs, probably the single.

Nope it's the 2 disc edition. I was very happy to get the DVD and a chocolate bar for £10 when I popped in this morning. :D
 
Picked up the copy from Sainsburys this eve.

Haven't watched it yet. I might wait till these ******* exams are over.
 
I thought It was a great film :), Oh and i helped my mate finish off his Yorkie I told him He shouldn't of had any as its "not for Girls" :)
 
I rented it on monday, was so looking forward to it after loving shaun of the dead. But sorry guys, IT SUCKS!!! terrible film, all the funny bits are on the trailer :( .
 
As I said in my opening post - this thread was for people who DID want to own a copy of this great movie on DVD for a lot less than the £14 - £15 average online price for the 2 Disc version.
Not a place to again say how poor you felt the film was - that thread is either just above or just below this one.

Dispite what is being said there are plenty of fans of the film and also plenty of people who see comparing this film to something like Shaun is as logically as comparing any other two films that happen to have the same main actor in - really not worth it.

i agree, a couple of ok gags but as a movie it just sucks.

smells just as bad as SOTD
