Calling The OC mechanics

VW T25 Camper 2.1i (1990)
When cold engine fire up and runs fine.

For example
If I get fuel, get back in camper, it will not start, engine turns over as normal, but no joy

Leave it 10 mins or so, and it fires up fine.

Timing is spot on, replace the temp sender for the injectors.
now Im at a loss.

anything else I could look at?

Thanks

My merc did this, wouldnt start when warm at all.

It turned out to be the CPS (crank position sensor)

Does this van have a coolant temp sensor ...if it does try unplugging it and see what the hot starting it like. If it doesn't have one dont unplug it..lol

Could be a wron fuel pump, you may need to get a relay and connect it to the temp sensor, tricking the car into thinking it's always cold on any start up.
