Hotkeys Not Working Sony Vaio

I've got myself a 2nd hand Sony Vaio PCG-GRx616MP Laptop (for nowt!). All I had to was fit RAM and get a power pack.

Anyway things is runnign sweet but thehot keys for the sound etc does not seem to work. Tryied the sony site but cant seem to find drivers for the hotkey function. Does anyone have this model and point me in the right direction.

i remember theres a utitlity that comes with vaio to map hotkey settings but i cant remember where it is unfortunatly

Been searching sony site but there appears to be nowt to download apart for a few updated drivers. Nothign for the keyboad sadly.

I got the same problem but its because I finally installed vista after two years of owning it. It's just running around in circles trying to get it to work so I gave up.

Its a long shot but there doesnt seem to be any driver packages for the 616 but i think the 415 is a similar setup, the utility download here has a hot key folder, also shared libary and UI libary folders, its a nightmare trying to get these keys to work sony did a very odd job of doing it.
