Just go to a page, right click on the picture and click on copy image url.

Depending on browser, but right click the image and click the option which is along the lines of "copy image URL" etc.

Then in the reply box on the forum, either paste the URL between

tags, or just click the yellow box on the little toolbar - the one which looks like a small photo of 2 mountains/pyramids and the sun.
