Hotmail account is sending SPAM....

Morning all,

My friend believes her hotmail account is sending SPAM emails to her contacts... as her friends are receiving silly emails from her... Which she hasn't sent.

What has gone wrong here? is it a bug? or has her account been compromised?

What's the best plan of action?

probably a messenger virus, someone sent her a "click here to see my juicy holiday snaps!" link

now she's send them out after clicking it and getting a virus.

when firefox opens following the restart, tick the 'Easylist' subscription
