Hotmail and Outlook

I have my Hotmail account in Outlook 2007, and is using HTTP to recieve mail but thee rules aren't compatible with this type of account. Is there anyway to access it via IMAP or POP3?

Hotmail http access has download a connector for outlook 2007.
