Basically does anyone know how to find out what the polling interval is for external account setup within Hotmail is? Also is there anyway to change this, it seems to be completely random if I stay logged in to Hotmail with a tab open in my browser it's anywhere between 2 minutes and 1 hour.
Any help would be great.
