Hotmail in Outlook (POP3) problem

I've just set up a MS Outlook account for my hotmail using their pop3 and smtp servers.

For some strange reason i keep getting the full contents of my inbox sent to me about twice a day. This is rather annoying. Anyone have any ideas why this may be happening?

I guess nobody else has had this happen to them. Thankfully it hasn't happened in the last couple of days so i think it may have been a hotmail issue that is now resolved.

are you using outlook connector ?

or just the server settings as i belive these will stop to function this month

Not using outlook connector, just pop3.live.com and smtp.live.com for incoming/outgoing mail in MS Outlook.

I didn't have access via WebDAV as they stopped users who hadn't already set that up from being able to start using it back in 2004. I believe the plan was for hotmail to disable DAV on 1st September but not sure if they have actually killed it yet.

As i said earlier on, all seems to be well now but i'll post back if there are any problems.
