Hotmail - multiple accounts on login screen

A colleague in work has multiple users on their Hotmail login screen for other family members. Does anyone know how you set this up? I tried linking accounts in the Hotmail options but this only allowed me to jump to different accounts within Hotmail. My colleague has four logins from the Hotmail login page.

Can you also set-up up Outlook 2007 to retrieve Hotmail emails? I found lots of conflicting info about this on the net. Some mention an 'Outlook Homail connector', others talk about paying $19.99 annually for this service, etc. Can't seem to get a straight answer!

For the multi login, you need to login on seperate occasions with the different accounts and click 'remember me'

Its as simple as that?! So if you did that for several accounts they would all be there each time you went to the Hotmail login page? (unless the history/cache was cleared of course)

No quite. I thought it was that myself & linked my colleagues husband's account to her own. This just allowed her to view her own accounts & her husbands by just jumping from one to the other without having to put in a password. Great if all the email accounts belong to you. But she has 4 Hotmail accounts, one for each member of her family. What she described on the Hotmail login screen was a link to multiple users, a bit like a Windows user account login screen.

Not been able to try this as I don't have a Hotmail account myself. My wife has one so we tried on there. You have to sign out before another user signs in. When you sign out your 'icon' dissapears so I'm confused as toy how this works.

if you click 'remember me' the icon should be there when you go back

The remember me thing works fine on IE and it has exactly what the OP wanted. In firefox however, it never happens. Just doesn't show the list.

For getting your hotmail account in outlook, I use outlook connector as has been mentioned already.

The choose between different accounts at login, the remember me thing works for me in firefox, but I use it from within hotmail.
