Hi
should start by saying i had no issues until today when i performed a reinstall.
anyway
Today i installed win 8 rp and after inputting my hotmail details into the win 8 mail app i get the following message
“you cant connect this account to any more devices. remove another device first with help from your system administrator or internet provider”
so after a little searching i read that i needed to go to https://devices.live.com and remove any devices that were not being used. Unfortunately on my device list I only have my laptop and desktop, so not much can be removed there.
from reading elsewher (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...-anymore/f7375617-5b91-4526-bb0f-ae736e89bac6) , it appears that i need to have a device relationship reset carried out (?), which can only be carried out by Microsoft.
Other than making a post on Microsoft Answers (which i have) (http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/...mail-app/b897f341-eadb-43e2-b5f3-a89a7c8599ce), is there anything else i can do or anywhere else i can contact to have this resolved?
cureently the only way i can access my hotmail account is through a browser as it seems that whatever "limit" i have reached is stopping me accessing it from Outlook and WLM also.
any thoughts on this
thanks in advance
