Can anyone help me get in touch with Microsoft Hotmail – an elderly friend has had their account suspended, I suspect a hack or excessive spam, and they are unable to access their email…

I've scoured the web but I can find anything! The closest I came was finding a form to fill in but that wasn't much use and we've not heard anything back anyway :(

Any ideas?

maybe try a general Microsoft number? Last time I contacted them I had no idea how to contact the specific person I was looking for and they were fantastic at offering suggestions as well as contact numbers/names for me to try.

Didn't keep that number did you :D
 
Im afraid not, sorry :( I believe it may have been a US number I called initially (was part of an enquiry through work)
