Hotspot browser hit screen

Hi all,

not sure if I have the correct or best section of the forums to ask this but a quick google also not giving me any answers.

what I am looking at doing is setting my phone up as a hotspot, this part is easy obviously, the other part I want to happen is that when someone connects to me and opens a browser I would like the browser to be one of my own, a bit like happens in restaurants which make you bounce off their site first.

not even sure if this can be done with a hotspot to be honest but was wondering if you have ever come across this or would know where to start?

Believe what you are looking for is
Called a captive portal
That should make googling it easier
At least hopefully

As above, it's a captive portal but I'm not sure this is possible. Maybe if the phone is rooted but even then I'm not sure if there's an app that can offer this.
