I've had this on PC for a year or more now and so glad to see arrive on consoles. It's very relaxing and simple to play. Lots of options for plants, paints, tiles, furniture, lighting etc the list is almost endless.
You start off small with a run down little hut and build/sell/renovate your way to mansions. Houses need rubbish clearing, roaches vacuuming and dirt cleaned off the windows using a Vax it's great fun if you're into sim games.
