As some of you may know, Pickers and I have been searching for a house in Exeter! Well... we found one last wednesday, offered on it, and it's been accepted!! :D

It's absolutely gorgeous-diddley! I'm trying not to get too excited as, being an ex-estate agent, I know these things can fall through! But big big mahoosive YAY!

Plus, without even having our flat details put out, someones offered on it and after a bit of haggling... we've accepted! They're in rented accommodation too and ready to proceed straight away - woo hoo!

All happened today so celebrating with a port and possibly a fine wine later! :p

Big big BIG mega thank you on all your advice reference Exeter! We fell in love with Alphington in the end, but all of it was so handy!

WoOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooo HoooooooooOOOOOOOOOOooooooo! :D

House warming partaaaaaay will consist of a fantastically huge BBQ as we would have a wonderfully large garden, drinks, and lots of sillyness and more drinks! :D

Got my fingers, toes, and everything else I could possibly have crossed crossed!

EeeeeeeeeeeEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! :D :D

As soon as we know it's solid, we shall plonk on the pics!

As requested - a picture of our home to be!:

I offered on a place three weeks ago and had it accepted. I'm trying to to get excited, but as a first time buyer I can't help it.

I'm so looking forward to buying furniture and stuff.

I just hope nothing goes wrong; survey and environmental searches have come back ok and the mortgage has been agreed.

I had an offer accepted last week for a house, gorgeous house, nice price and i was over the moon.
Then I found out that on the whole estate, only 6 houses were private, and all the rest were housing association. Phoned the copshop and they said there has been history in this estate and advised not to move there with a young family.
A close shave, so I am now back on the hunting trail

Ooogh what a munching bunch of losers. Good lkuck on finding your ideal home! Its fun! (Especiaslly the celebrating side of thinsgs! :D ;)
