We are looking for an appartment in Leeds city centre

I rang Zoopla and spoke to someone yesterday. They told me I was talking to flatsinleeds.com and that they are the only company who takes people for viewings of a particular flat

When people ring websites such as rightmove, zoopla, findaproperty etc are they then transferred to the company that takes the viewings?

If this is the case, how to rightmove etc make profit? I guess if a rental or sale is completed they take a small cut from the other company

We used places for people, everything was very straight forwards I just think the woman who did the viewings was a bit either new to the job or forgetfull lol :p

From moving in to moving out the only people we spoke to were places for people

It gets redirected through their system. The estate agents pay money to use the website for listing their property i think. I don't think rightmove make any commission from sales etc.

What you can do is just go to the estate agents website and contact them directly. But the redirect number is just the same.
