basically is this a worth wail spec, compared to what I am using now.

Intel Core 2 Duo E2200 "LGA775 Conroe" 2.20GHz (800FSB) £53 ocuk
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 £28 ocuk
I don't need graphic card yet as I will save until I can get a high end card

I wouldn't suggest that board tbh. Nvidia 6 series motherboards have a baaaad reputation, and are not so good for overclocking. £60 will get you http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MB-100-GI&groupid=701&catid=5&subcat=913
which is far better for what you get

If you are planning on SLI graphics again then you will need an NVidia chipset (nForce board). If not, then most people would suggest a P35 based board such as the one Mojo linked to. They are meant to o/c a lot better.

E2200 would be a good upgrade (assuming you plan to o/c)



Edit: You can get P35 based boards which support Crossfire, but not SLI.
