=============>

hopping to get 3.4 to 3.6 GHz OC - Anything over that would be a a bonus.

I'll use HDDs from an old system untill i can afford an SSD (or 2)
I'll have my 9800GT as my primary GFX - this 9500 will be 3rd monitor and PhysX (where possible)

Still very unsure of the Mobo, Memory and PSU - Advice?

Looks like a solid build, what do you plan on using it for? If you are doing some cpu intensive work that system will suit you brilliantly. If you plan on gaming I would recommend a better graphics card.

Are you needing a Hard disk drive, DVD drive or a copy of windows or do you already own? I also believe a £14 upgrade to an Antec 300 would be well worth it.

I don't really fit into any PC Catagory,

I play a bit of CSS (which my 9800GT is fine for) and i just dabble at other games.

I do some video transcoding,
some photo shop work,
some virtual machine work,

little bit of everything but pretty much always a few things at once.

I've made my mind up that this upgrade will be to I7. (expensive but i'll feel like i have no upgrade path if i go down C2Q)

Would quite like to add a black DVD drive (im fickle my old system was all silver) the quietest i can get - Sammy @ ~£17 looks ideal.

My PSU has now become the bequiet model..

Might change to the Antec300 over the 335, but i quite liked tha the 335 was that bit smaller and the lack of screws for the dvd and HDD was a nice bonus.
