how are virgin media with p2p throttling atm?

Just got Supernews subscription

using sabnzbd, ssl port 443 ang get a steady 12mbs (on virgin 100mbs service).

so far so good

I get the usual throttle during peak hours in Oxford.

Tonight I seem to be throttled over port 443, anyone else seeing this?

Yea I am too on Astraweb SSL, it's not looking good.
