How bad is the HD3000 graphics on new Macbooks?

I decided against a 2011 Mac Mini yesterday because of problems with the HD3000 and frame rates with 1080p video.

Not that this matters with a Macbook. I don't even know why I'm typing this.

For gaming I wouldn't part with the extra money as you wont really notice any benefits, depends what work your Macbook will be used for?
Such as Video Encoding, Ripping content and so on.

Apart from light gaming and browsing, I'll be looking at streaming films from this aswell most likely. So I don't think anything to intensive etc.
