How bad is your hearing?

Can hear most pretty clearly, however 16 is incredibly vague, kind of sounds like background static.

22 sounds like a kazoo.

most bits of audio equipment follow the Fetcher Munsen curve, meaning the loudness of different frequencies will follow this pattern. So the likelyhood of higher frequencies ducking at higher frequencies is due to the way the output device is setup; so they may lose clarity in some frequencies yet slightly higher there will be a boost.

I can hear upto 16 really well then totally quiet unless I turn it up to full then I can hear 18.

Just slighty above average. Story of my life.

Either I have perfect hearing or this test sucks, as I can hear all of them clearly.

Like any of these tests you can do online, none of them give a definite answer to how good or bad your hearing is. If anything all it really shows is that you either have your speakers/earphones turned up too loud, not loud enough or it simply suggests that you MAY have a mild to moderate hearing loss.

The RNID online speech in noise test you can do is similar to this, except that generalises the results into a few categories and suggests that if you fall into x category that maybe you should look at seeking advise or to get your hearing checked properly.

Annoyingly this is the main issue with the research we do where I work (translational hearing research). How to deliver auditory training either for general use or for people with some kind of hearing loss or tinnitus. By auditory training I'm talking about some kind of intervention in the form of training software to try and improve the difficulties of a hearing loss, or in the case of tinnitus, attempting to reduce the effect or at the very least, helping people cope with it better.

(for the record, I am no Audiologist lol I'm simply quoting the researchers I work with)

Think this is rubbish. I can clearly hear 22khz with my headphones and sound on about 90%. Ok, it's very faint still very audible to me. I'm 30.
