How big do portable monitors go up to now?

I don't think Overclockers sell these, but I recently found out about portable monitors. They look like a tablet with a stand and the stand can fold or tuck up against the device when not in use. Some portable monitors are also touchscreen, so can double up as a graphics tablet for a computer. They seem to come in the range of 14" to 17". Do they come any bigger than that now, and can you get a dedicated carrying case for them?
