Hi, Im trying to figure out how I can represent 4 million cubic meters in a picture, next to something smaller for size comparison, if arranged in a cube, how big would 4 million cubic meters be?

Thanks

Cube root of 4 million is 158.7. So it would be a cube of side 160m or so. Not sure what reference object you'd like. It's three Olympic swimming pools.

edit: Beaten :( Shouldn't have spent so long choosing "swimming pool".

It's:

  • 5 Hindenburgs
  • 400 Olympic Swimming Pools
  • 22,000,000 Midgets
  • 4.7 x10 ^ 10 Ponies
I look forward to seeing your picture of 22 million midgets squeezed inside 5 Hindenburgs...

Based on your pony estimate, I'd say it's 50 to 100 million cubic badgers. They must be cubic badgers though, otherwise it kind of won't work.

Quite like the Badger scale, however 50 to 100 million badgers sounds a bit sketchy, does anyone have a more detailed accurate badger rating? Also it would be goto know how many cubed badgers it would take to get to the moon. As a comparison.

It's for a power point presentation and i want to put some fun into it. I I'm gonna put a random prone slide in too "how did that get there?"
