How Can CONami get away with this? PES 2009...

I've always been faithful to the PES series and i have tried and tried to give the new PES 2009 a fair chance, but it has just failed to deliver.

From the start it is bad news. I get told that 'Auto Login Failed'

I started a League game. Played 10 games. Clicked for the 11Th game and the game crashes. "Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 has encountered a problem and needs to close". "Click" to send error report. Appalling.

The Legend game keeps crashing my system, again (i think) on game 10.

And where on earth do we start with the shockingly abysmal online game? LAG LAG LAG LAG LAG LAG and more LAG. That is if you can enter a room to play. Can't enter a room because "Room has reached it's full quota" - What does that mean?

Surely the people at CONami must have tested this game before it's release?

Oh and another thing, i took the game back to Game telling them of the problems and bugs but they refused to give me a refund. I'm sure this is against the law.

Also who thinks Trading Standards would be interested in this game?. The back of the box promises "Loaded With Improvements" "Online - Radically Improved". It's blatant lies. You cant play online and the game is bugged to bits.

And the daft thing is i will still buy PES 2010, thinking and hoping CONami will have got it right.

Well the game works just fine for me, sorry to hear about your probs :(.

Can't enter a room because "Room has reached it's full quota" = the allocated slots for that room has been filled with players.

OK. So have you played the League mode yet? If not try it. PLease get to play game 11. I don't think you have.

..and if the "slots for that room has been filled with players" then why would the online mode tell me that the room was available.

God, I'm so disappointed with this game
 
I am yet to experience any crashes or any major issues with this game. I have played a whole season of masterleague (or whatever its called).

I have only played about ten games with the legends feature but still have no problems.

I am yet to have a go online as I am having internet issues.

But all in all I am finding it much better than 08
