How can EE be so far out measuring my Data usage?

The only things on my EE my account page that are correct are my name, phone number and Nexus 5 phone. All the rest just doesn't work!! I have no idea how much of my 5 gig of data I have used this month.

My 12 month half price contract ends in January, if things aren't working better then I will be looking elsewhere.
 
I receive an update SMS today from EE with new settings, installed the settings and rebooted and I re-installed the EE android app and now it shows my data usage for the first time in 3 months. I also logged into my EE online and that is now working as well.

I am going to keep an I on my usage and see if the EE metric is working ok.
 
Mine's definitely sorted. First my remaining data went up, and now it's going down at a rate I'd expect. Much better!
