Port forwarding. You will be informed on what port the IP camera listens (likely 80) which you need to forward in the firewall rules for the router to your LAN IP. Also, you will need to setup a DynDns service because you have a dynamic IP.
EDIT: Yes, it works fine, I went to your IP @ port 80 and it gave me a login box for the IP Camera. You wouldn't have been able to check this yourself due to loopback - don't ask.
Go to dyndns.org and setup a free account. Then add a host i.e. <whateveryouwant>.dyndns.org and then setup your account info in your Sky router under the dynamic DNS section and that way, if you ever want to watch your camera from outside, simply type <whateveryoutyped>.dyndns.org.
