How can I change the default SSH key on FreeNX?

I run the

sudo dpkg-reconfigure freenx-server

command, and tell the script that I was to create new SSH keys, but for some reason it does not work, new keys are not created, they just stay as the default keys.

Is there any reason why this isn't working? FWIW, I'm doing this over SSH, I'm not physically at the machine.

If you delete the old keys and restart ssh it will re-generate them

Ok, I've deleted the keyfiles, and rebooted the machine after running sudo dpkg-reconfigure freenx-server, and it's only made the authorised_keys file for the server, but I cannot find the keyfile for the client.
