How can I choose which drive letter a drive uses?

I've got lots of shortcuts setup to use a drive as F:, but for some reason it's gone and changed to D:, and all my shortcuts now no longer work...

Anyone know how I can set it back to F:?

Right click on my computer, then go to manage, then in the left plane click on disk management, right click on the drive or partition and choose change drive letter or paths. If the letter you want the drive to be is already in use, you can use the same method to remove drive letters.

usually go into disk managment and right click on the drive u want there can change drive letter, or can go get urself acronis disk director which i prefere

Cheers, I knew it was hiding somewhere, It's now F: again and everythings working again.

start, run, diskmgmt.msc
