How can i connect to the internet with my phone

hi guys, I got myself a cheap Sony Ericsson K750i Mobile phone and am using it on the O2 network but Pay as you go, Now i have installed the software that ame wih the phone for connecting to the internet but i can only connect via dial up which only connects at 9.6kbps which is slow, I have set up a connection for a "packet Switched Data connection" which i think will be using the GPRS system, It says i am connected at 112000Kbps and the phone has a little globe on it but internet explorer won't go to any sites. Any idea's what i can do, Am i actually able to do this?

02's PAYG APN blocks HTML access, try using the 02 internet APN and seeing if that solves it.
