How can I delete a folder? Not as simple as you'd think..

I've just been backing up stuff to my external HDD and I've found a folder that has 'locked itself'..and I can't for the life of me unlock it/delete it.

Here's the folder info:

All of the permissions are identical to the other folders which aren't locked:

rm -rf fails as does sudo rm -Rf

I've tried 'unlocking' it via various terminal locking commands:

Nothing works!

Anybody any ideas? Please nobody say "untick 'Locked' in Folder Info"... :p

This is a FAT32 drive if that helps ;-)

macfb - can't find a padlock :(

EDIT: 404 when trying to download forcedelete too :(
