how can i delete a partion?

i have vista 64 , and one 500 gig hard drive , split 80 for vista and 420 as another drive , how can i change the drive so it is seen as one big drive , what program do i need?

Windows can do it but you risk loosing DATA as your supposed to do it at Install.

To do it safely use Partition Magic or Acronis or something similar.
