How can I find the resolution of a picture on my iPad?

I'm trying to find out the resolution of a picture on my iPad. Is there a "Get Info"/"Properties" or something similar on the iPad? Or would I need to install an app?

The way I'd do it is by uploading it from the ipad into OneDrive, or similar, then downloading that image on a PC. Right-click for properties and there it is.

It's the only workaround that I can think of, there's no way to find out the resolution in the settings and there's no apps that tell you either.
