When i load a game my pc will randomly shut down, its only been doing this for about a week now, prior to that every game worked fine, beta for R6 and league of legends and crisis 3, but now if i go to load them i will start into a game and i wont get to play for longer than 5 mins before it shuts down, it never shuts down if i just use my computer normally only when i play a game, i think i have every driver updated, and its not an overheating problem as its very cooled and i even took my side pannel off just to make sure

Okay i have a i5-3570k, 16gb ram, and AMD 7970 graphics
I dno how to check the temps? im a noob like that, but it dosent feel hot? and its well vented and since yesterday i took the side panel off the case to make it even colder, How do i check background processes to see if something is eating my ram up :(

Im loading up crisis 3 now to see what happens also on a side note this has happened for quite a few months now and i wondered if theres a fix, if i click restart on my pc it shuts down then when it turns back on it stays froze on the boot up bit just before it gets to windows so i can see a gygabyte logo and then i just tap the off button and have to turn back on and it works and it does that if i shut down first aswell

Good news ive played a full round of crisis 3 and my pc didnt shut down thank you for all the help everyone :D now i need to fix that bootup problem xD any ideas

It does it anytime, if i shut down or restart my pc when it turns back on just before i gets to windows screen it shows the logo on gygabyte when you can press f12 ect to enter bios and it freezes on there i have to press power button to turn off again and then turn it back on then it works fine

I think i might need to update my bios how can i check if its out dated?
