How can I get in touch with Arnold Schwarzenegger?

Right, Basically, there used to be this awesome gym in Forest Gate called Wag's Gym, but about 2 years ago the owner died and the gym has since been closed.

Now Arnold used to be good friends with this guy and used to train there. Do you think if I wrote to him and explained, he would somehow invest in getting the gym up and running again?

Thanks.

No he wouldn't, just asked him.

'I'll never be back' he said.

Why would he? If he was good friends then he would know of his passing and if he was interested in the gym he would have done something about it.

Quite why he would want to invest in a gym that has gun runners surrounding it I don't know and doubt he would.

Oh and yes, I do know how you could contact him, I was talking to a friend of his recently about him :p

You're all jealous I've touched the dried up sweat of Arnie.

I'll write the letter anyway. :p

Now then, persuasive writing techniques... hmmm...

Interesting this came up, while I was a paralegal at a law firm in Stratford we acted for the purchasers. It was bought up to be converted into a church, slight shame as the place had great history. My supervising partner wouldn't believe me Arnold trained there, I knew of this place from while as a friend was regular member. It was one of these places you couldn't tell from the outside besides a small clue in the form of a body builder logo on an outside lamp. Inside was dedicated to Arnold by posters, photos of Wag and Arnold etc.

How long ago was this? :) It wasn't converted INTO a church, the other way round in fact IIRC.

I thought the neighbouring Church was converted to create an extension for the gym?

Unless they've recently reclaimed the church and are converting it back?
