How can i get my ea account that i registed my key with

Basically i want to start playing c&c 4 tiberium wars again but every ea account i have it says, i have not registered the game???
So how would i get the account i registered with , i already got all the accounts i made etc?, i am confused...

I had the exact same problem,i even got a new key from EA chat and it still would not work,it was like talking to a brick wall with ea chat i just gave up.

I have two ea accounts,one i don't use any more because the name on that account i didnt want to use ingame which EA would not let me change,thats different now isn't it with origin i think:(
